Alex trained as a financial adviser at an independent firm, working towards chartered status, before realising that what she loved most was the craft behind the advice: the research, the analysis, and the satisfaction of getting every detail right. That's what led her to start High View, and she's never looked back.

It didn't take long for there to be far more work than hours in the day, and rather than turn advisers away, she and Max decided to build High View into a proper team. Alex still leads the paraplanning and sets the standard every report is held to, and she cares about getting it right more than just about anyone you'll meet.

Max keeps the wheels turning. While Alex leads the paraplanning, Max looks after the systems, scheduling and service side, so cases move smoothly and nothing slips. If your work lands on time and the whole thing just feels easy, that's usually Max's doing.
