HOW IT WORKS
Capacity, not a report count
£ Your fee reserves capacity. Each month reserves an allowance of case work at standard rates, so you have guaranteed space in the diary rather than a rigid number of reports.
≈ A typical case is a typical case. Capacity is measured by value, so a mix of simple and complex work is fine. Simpler cases use less, complex ones a little more.
+ Bolt ons draw from the same pot. Cash flow, research and QA come out of your monthly capacity, or ad hoc if you’re not on a package.
↑ Room to move. Unused capacity rolls over up to a cap, and if you regularly need more we’ll suggest moving up a level.

Questions advisers ask
Is there a minimum term?
New packages run on a six month minimum term, then two months’ notice either side. Simple and fair.
What counts as a case?
A typical suitability report. Because capacity is measured by value rather than a rigid report count, a mix of simple and complex work is absolutely fine.
What if I go over or under my capacity?
Unused capacity rolls over up to a cap. If you find you regularly need more, we’ll simply suggest moving up a level.
Do you use my templates or yours?
Either. Ours are built in Genovo and continuously updated for the latest regulation. Your own are welcome, with a small uplift to cover the extra time they take.
